The Walkabout Pants and Ventilator Chaps Measurements
Aussie Outback Wear has products for many different functions so it would be hard to have a single size chart for all garments. The chart below will help you determine which size will best fit you. For women purchasing the walkabout pants, measurements are more accurate if measured at the hips. These measurement charts are for the Walkabout Pants and for Ventilator Chaps finished garment.
HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY
The measurements we supply are the finished measurements of the garments. The correct way to measure is by measuring yourself and decide if you fit within the measurements, basically you are trying on the pants by measuring yourself against the size chart. The other way you can do it is to measure pants you already have and has the fit you like then use the measurements arrows we use and then compare the measurements. Our walkabout pants have a cotton lining from the knee upward for comfort and below the knee has a nylon lining so there is no wicking when riding. They are overpants and are a generous size designed to go over jeans. On both sides of the waist they can be adjusted by 2" for the perfect fit. For the best fit for these pants it's best to get the size right for the hip as the waist can be adjusted to fit.
