Return Policy for Australian Customers

We ship our products from our warehouse based in Bankstown NSW.  We are confident that you'll be satisfied with every item you purchase at aussieoutbackwear.com.au.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping if applicable.  Aussieoutbackwear.com.au will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped.  All other returned items must be in original and resalable condition to receive a refund.  To receive a full refund for the purchase price you must first contact aussieoutbackwear.com.au  at customerservice@aussieoutbackwear.com.au within 2 business days with the reason you will be returning the item(s). We will then notify you of the procedure. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and according to your original payment method. Credit Card charges will be credited to the original Credit Card. PayPal payments will be refunded by PayPal Refund Payment.


Return & Refund Policy for US and Canada 

For US and Canada customers we ship our products from our warehouse based in USA.  We are confident that you'll be satisfied with every item you purchase at aussieoutbackwear.com.au.  However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the 25% restocking fee. Aussieoutbackwear.com.au will pay shipping charges in the event the incorrect item was shipped. All other returned items must be in original and resalable condition to receive a refund.  To receive a full refund for the purchase price you must first contact aussieoutbackwear.com.au at customerservice@aussieoutbackwear.com.au within 2 business days with the reason you will be returning the item(s).  We will then notify you of the procedure.

Out of Stock

On the rare occasion some items may be temporarily out of stock due to colour, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance, if so we will contact you on any item that is "out of stock" you can then choose either to replace your original request with another similar product or it can be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.   Or if requested a refund may be issued.

 
Warranty

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by JMB Ventures. Aussieoutbackwear.com.au is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Although good care is taken with each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty you will receive a replacement or be issued with a full refund if requestion. Defective items must be reported within 2 business days of the product(s) being received. 

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
